Reset A

Reset A is the cornerstone of a tone-first approach. It is not a workout: it is permission to release.

What you’ll do

5 minutes of nasal diaphragmatic breathing, knees bent or 90/90 with calves on a chair. Inhale ribs and belly expand. Exhale: jaw, belly, and pelvic floor soften downward.

  1. Slow nasal breathing, Settle into 90/90: calves on a chair, low back relaxed. Breathe through the nose. On each exhale, soften the jaw, belly, and pelvic floor downward.

This is education, not medical treatment.

Pelvic Floor Power Up is general information. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment, or personalised medical advice, and it is no substitute for being assessed by a qualified professional. Nobody has examined you.
