Re-introduce gentle posterior chain strength without clenching.

Set yourself up

  1. Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat.
  2. Arms by your sides.

Move step by step

  1. Exhale and lift the hips to a comfortable height.
  2. Pause briefly at the top: soft glutes, not maximal squeeze.
  3. Inhale on the way down.
  4. Repeat for 10 to 15 reps.

Breathing cue

Exhale to lift, inhale to lower.

Common mistakes

Lower the height or skip if the lower back complains.
