Fastwise: intermittent fasting, explained in plain language
This page needs JavaScript for the timer, the glossary and the planner. Here is the written summary in the meantime.
What this site covers
Autophagy, insulin, glucagon, glycogen, mitochondria, ketones. The words sound complicated, the ideas are not. Fastwise explains what happens in your body hour by hour during a fast, which foods and drinks help, how to reduce a blood sugar spike, and who should not fast at all. It is written in English and French, with a Ramadan mode built for people fasting from Fajr to Maghrib.
